Pickled Onion Vinegar For Sleep And Strong Bone

Ever wonder why you can't sleep well and don't want to take sleeping pill? Pickled Onion + Venegar come to the rescue. It's a natural medicine to solve your sleeping problem and will also make your bone stronger.

  • Fresh sliced Red Onions
  • Kirkland Signature Balsamic Vinegar - Bought at Costco
How To Cook:
  • Put sliced onion into glass jar 
  • Cook proper amount of Vinegar and equal amount Water into a boiling pan. Add more brown sugar if needed. Cool the vinegar until it is bubbling. 
  • Pour the vinegar into the glass jar and let the onion cooked until it's cool to the room temperature. 
  • Keep the glass jar in the refrigerator for 2 days.
